"Extreme Fit" is a calorie burning program geared to boost endurance and metabolism through vigorous cardio exercises. You'll experience different exercises each week, creating a dynamic, "full-spectrum" workout. A guaranteed 1,000 calorie per session burn!
Core tonning
This is a thirty minute class which is designed to work your mid section. You'll experience different exercises each week, creating a dynamic, "full-spectrum" workout. Ensuring the midsection is being worked. Theses exercises will define your core giving you the flat stomache (mid section) you always wanted.
